A photo of a teapot and tea cup, a reflection can be seen in the teapot.

This photo was supposed to be in yesterday's post announcement about tag navigation, with a legend about "getting ready" or something like that.

I finished so late though, that I completely forgot about the photo until now, when I was looking for something else in my phone.
But I like it, so here it is.

I was having some hojicha...but WAIT, look how adding tags at the end is already paying off. I knew I had written my impressions of hojicha, and just now I see that in that post I also commented about Teapigs Earl Grey Strong, and closed with:

I am still experimenting a bit with this one, so maybe I should have skipped the review...

I will be honest, I was planning to revisit my review, but didn't remember I wrote that. Turns out I was right.[1]
Rather than using less tea, as I said in that post, I had steep it for 4 minutes instead of 5.
Then a second steep of 5 minutes yields a still citrus-y black tea, and it is probably the best steep in terms of balancing that flavor with the black tea.
And a third one of 7:30 minutes has just a hint of citrus aroma, but a still good (but of course lighter) tea.
The revised score for this tea is:

One star One star One star Half star
3.5 out of 5 Hoagies

So I guess now I get to tag this text as a tea review, too.
I have a few more reviews to write, from the batch of teas I got for father's day. Some real gems in there.
